Bute Island

In 1988 Bute Island Foods started to produce dairy fee and vegetarian products at the small island Isle of Bute, at the Scottish west coast. The goal of the company is that everyone who can’t or are not willing to eat dairy products, should be able to enjoy good alternatives.

The products never contain milk, eggs, lactose, gluten or hydrogenated fats. Sheese Melty can be used cold and hot. Try to blend grated Sheese Melty in gratins, on pizza and hot sandwiches. Creamy Sheese can be used as a 'normal' soft cheeses. The flavored varieties are good as they are or as vegetable creamy condiment in sauces, soups and stews.
